પાઠ આયોજન
પાઠ આયોજન એ શિક્ષકનું દર્પણ છે. પાઠ આયોજન કરવાથી શિક્ષકનું ઘણું બધું કામ આસાન થઈ જાય છે. વર્ષ દરમિયાન શિક્ષકે પોતાના વિષયમાં કયા કયા કામ કરવાના છે તેની સંપૂર્ણ વિગત પોતાના પાઠ આયોજન માં ગોઠવી શકાય છે. પોતાના પાઠ્યપુસ્તકમાં રહેલા બધા જ પાઠ કેટલી સમયમર્યાદામાં પૂર્ણ કરવાના છે તે પણ પાઠ આયોજન શક્ય બને છે. દરેક પાઠ માટે કેટલો સમય આપવો તથા પાઠ ના મહત્વના કયા કયા મુદ્દાઓને આવરી લેવા તથા કયા પ્રોજેક્ટ કરવા કે બાળકોને પ્રેક્ટીકલ કરવું તેના વિશેની સંપૂર્ણ વિગત કે નોંધો એ પાઠ આયોજનમાં લખેલી હોય છે. જેથી પોતાના વિષયનું શિક્ષણ કાર્ય કરતી વખતે કોઈ વિષયવસ્તુ બાળકોને ભણાવવાની રહી જતી નથી એ પાઠ આયોજનનો મોટો ફાયદો છે. યોગ્ય પાઠ આયોજન કરવાથી ભણાવતી વખતે શિક્ષક અન્ય બાબતોમાં ભટકી જતો નથી અને વિષયવસ્તુની બહાર નીકળી જતો નથી. સારું પાઠ આયોજન શિક્ષકને તેના વિષયમાં પકડી રાખે છે અને વિષયની આજુબાજુ યોગ્ય વાતાવરણ પૂરું પાડે છે. સારુ પાઠ આયોજન હોય તો કોર્સ યોગ્ય સમયની અંદર પૂરો થઈ જાય છે અને પાછળથી પરીક્ષા માટે ટેસ્ટ વગેરેનું આયોજન પણ ખૂબ સરળતાથી કરી શકાય છે. સારું પાઠ આયોજન એ શિક્ષક નું દર્પણ એટલા માટે કહ્યું છે કે એનાથી શિક્ષકના વર્ષ દરમિયાનના કાર્યોની એક ઝલક એ પાઠ આયોજનમાં જોવા મળે છે.
